About This Application
This HR management application provides a streamlined system for managing employees, attendance, leave requests, and salary processing. It includes a dashboard to view key metrics and supports automated salary generation.
How the Salary Algorithm Works
The system calculates employee salaries based on the following criteria:
- Base Salary: Fixed salary as per the employee profile.
- Overtime: Approved overtime requests are added to the total.
- Leaves: Unpaid leave deductions are applied to the base salary.
- Attendance: Penalties are calculated for absences and late arrivals.
- Manual Adjustments: HR can add deductions or allowances.
Note: You can manually generate paysheets for individual employees using the appropriate functionality.
